Meditation

Meditation is therapeutical.

Meditation is an easily learned technique. Respect and discipline are necessary for the function of meditation. The mind needs silence, pause from the unendless thoughts. The silent inner dialogue is holding us constantly captured not only to the problems of the present but also of the past. In the silence we can hear our inner voice, which is the best tutor.

In Ayurveda it is called the Swasta point. In this silence we can get the answers, which the logic doesn’t know to give us. “Silence is gold.” The practice of meditation and the daily exercise in the morning and at noon offers a peaceful mind and increases the vital energy.

Meditation is uplifting. It gives calmness and peace with the self.
